Wild Bean Cafe — Restaurant in Great Britain

Purchased 2 flat whites. Unfortunately, they were cold when it was served to us. When we mentioned to the young lad that served us, he looked at us, said “sorry” and then proceeded to move onto serving the next person. It felt bizarre. There was no offer to heat the coffees we got, no offer to replace them, and there seemed no instinct to check the machine in case of a fault. Just the word: “sorry”…and nothing else. It was basically £7 down the drain. We ended up binning the coffee. Sadly, It’s now left a ‘bad taste’ and it certainly will make me think twice before returning to a ‘Wild Bean’ or BP/M&S’ petrol station if that is the...
