Greggs — Restaurant in Great Yarmouth

Usually I love Greggs especially the donuts but today was atrocious, my boyfriend went to go get us something food and when he came back I notice the bottom of my donut was a bit soggy, at first I thought it was because the filling soaked into the dough but when I took a bite it was bitter and sour, it was literally raw! Do you not check if it’s cooked or something? My boyfriend didn’t even notice and ate it and now he feels insanely ill, he literally threw up in the toilet. This is ridiculous, I’m glad I didn’t eat it but now my boyfriend has lost his appetite and does not look well at all!! How would you not notice if it’s cooked or not?! This...

I came into today with a hunger that only a Greggs could fill, as I approached this small but mighty bakery, I was unaware of the fact that I would have the best experience of my day, possibly my week. I picked up my yum yums and my 4 pack of sausage rolls and approached the cashier behind the till, and saw not a worker but possibly the most polite and respectful person I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing food from, although this interaction was swift it was the most enjoyable and beneficial part of my day.

Downloaded the app to take advantage of the offer of a free hot drink and festive bake. Ordered it this morning for breakfast. It was ordered for 6.30 this morning. I thought we might have to wait as it was would just be open, arrived right on time and the whole order was ready straight away. Hot & tasty. Will definitely use the app again. Impressed.
