KFC Guildford - Friary Centre — Restaurant in Guildford

Aside from the whole 'Delivery Partner' fiasco, KFC is one of my favourite fast foods. This outlet is in a food hall which does get very busy at lunch times, however there are staff constantly circulating clearing tables so it's usually not too messy.

Food quality from this outlet has been good on each occasion, hot and fresh - apart from the terrible chips that KFC have (nothing can save those!)

Service has been mixed, some staff seem better than others, but it's generally efficient. The design of the counter is a little confusing on first encounter as there isn't anything to denote where people are queing to order and where they are queing to pick up their order. Just two huddles, one at each end.

Good place to grab a bite to eat if you need nourishment from being dragged round the shops, to get out of the office for lunch or simply get that KFC craving when nothing else will do!

Absolutely disgusting. I spent 52 pounds on my sons favourite food who’s severely autistic who was so excited. 52 pounds i received half my order the other half came opened in the drivers bag and she asked me to dig it out with my hands… im now 52 pound out of pocket my autistic non verbal sons dinner ruined and in a absolute state and kfc refused to redeliver told me i had to come to the store the next day when I'm disabled and have 3 children with additional needs.. which is why i ordered it to my door. My son is so upset you have completely ruined his day. My son refused to eat anything I cooked after as i promised him kfc and i had no food to give him.

The state of this drivers bag aswell absolutely vile uber eats and KFC should be ashamed and have ruined a disabled...

Utterly shameful restaurant. Ordered nearly £20 worth of food. It was then allowed to sit on the pass for over 2 hours, yet their standards are so appalling that they still let cold (and very likely unsafe to eat) chicken go out when they finally decided to deliver.

Predictably, after I complained they resorted to the age old method of blaming the delivery service for everything, because apparently taking ownership of their own failings isn't the done thing. They then tried to hide behind GDPR laws to justify why they weren't going to do anything about the situation.
