Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Harlow

My experience with this costa is quite unpleasant, I am a regular customer who enjoys some coffee while doing my work, I came in today to the store as usual when I was in the queue to order my coffee I have seen someone struggling to scan their barcode to the costa system, I have tried to help them out and explaining how these scanners work since I am an advanced level three in IT, then the customer adviser cut me off and disrespected me. I felt so offended and I have decided this will be my last time to visit here also I won't let my friends come again here. tables are dirty, customer leftovers, remain on the table until another customer takes them away I know sometimes it can be very hard for them, but we are customers, and we pay to have a good experience not to be told off and...

Upstairs at the NEXT store, this Costa is very bright with outlook over the water gardens. Usual free WiFi and comfortable seating.

It was quite busy when I last used but was impressed at the overall cleanliness of the tables, floor, etc.

The staff were very friendly and my coffee was prepared perfectly. The was a wait but not too long. It was handed over with a smile - always welcomed.

Conveniently located between the car park and the shops, for me, it is the "I'll be having a coffee here while I'm waiting for you", as my wife goes shopping. One of the best Costa coffee shops that I've been too.

Filthy windows , all lights covered in thick layer of dust. Window sills all chipped paint and taped up , needs a refurb and new staff .
