Pizza Go Go Harlow — Restaurant in Harlow

Absolutely appalled by the service. For context I went to this shop for the first time on my birthday 12/06/2025 and was told £4.50 for a small milkshake £5.00 for a large and we got small for 4:50 and absolutely loved it .I went today 21/06/25 in the morning and was told £5 then I asked for the smaller one for 4:50 and was told they never sold it at that price I explained that I had been offered the service before and showed proof and after was charged 4:50 again.I went later the same day as we are going through a heatwave and again different person said same thing showed proof again and she consulted with the manager (she was absolutely perfect during this process and deserves a raise ) and he said it had always been that price and he had seen me earlier and that someone had made a mistake and £5 was the final price.I paid £5 as the manager said and thought that was the end of it but to my surprise the manager then come back to the front and stated in front of others customers that it was £4.50 because I didn’t have any money and after this comment I was fuming and asked where and how he got to that conclusion and the previous person who sold the milkshake to me then came to the front to cover his ass and then said that’s what I said. It’s 50p no big deal and I paid but to come back and say that is despicable never going back and wouldn’t recommend.There was another customer in there who was just shaking he said and it’s the principle and that I shouldn’t have paid and that I am...

A friend of mine made a good point the other day, sometimes you don't want a fancy pizza, its a very good point. Pizza is many things to many people and sometimes that thing is cheese, and a lot of it. Pizza go go has you covered.

The large sign outside proudly says buy one get one free but upon asking, the helpful person behind the counter said a pick up is a much better deal so I did that ( you get one pizza but the price is lower than the bogof price)

Pizza is the classic lots of cheese greasy pizza affair, I went for a thin base which makes the volume of cheese quite significant, the cheese is lovely, stringy and hot and with a nice creaminess to it. Tomato based is nice, nothing wow but decent flavour. And the base is a nice crisp but without falling into that "almost a biscuit" territory.

Cook time is pretty quick, I didn't time it but it seemed like 11 minutes or so which is not bad, especially if it ain't raining while you are waiting. Staff are very helpful and organised, its always nice when you get the pizza you ordered even thought there are 9 or more other pizzas going out at the same time.

All in, its a decent pizza if you are after one...

Would have given two stars because the wedges were actually nice and the milkshakes were fine ... for Harlow. However, I ordered a sticky toffee pudding and received a Belgium chocolate pudding. When I phoned the customer service was atrocious! First they called me a liar and then the fabrications began. i actually study at the university of oxford, home of the dictionary, so when the man tried to claim that sticky toffee pudding was the same as Belgium chocolate, I was outraged. if your going for just wedges its not the worst place, but if your going for pleasure you'll be thoroughly disappointed and your day will be ruined... this is saying something as i have just been through a global pandemic. I will bring these issues to light at the Harlow community center governing body meeting, where I and a few distinguished gentlemen and gentlewomen attend (my dads in the cabinet). I thought I was finished here but my anger and angst is still at unrest. is pizza gogo a drug front? I'm going to be truthful, I'm not sure. But if there was a drug front in Harlow, i know where my moneys going. To Harlow construction workers preparing to demolish this...
