Couldnt stomach eating it all. I'd rather have a smaller beefburger and nice quality. This is cheap rubbish meat and they charge over £12 for this with a thin sliver of cheese in a bun. Dry and yuk.

You could do so much better guys....you've got a great pub there but you need to work on your food quality if you're going to charge...

Absolutely horrible people who own this place. We have just left before our food came out and asked for a refund. We have 3 young children and usually if we go to a restaurant we ask that the food comes out slightly cooled or not on a piping hot plate ,because otherwise they will burn themselves and it takes ages to cool the food down whilst our own food gets stone cold. Restaurants usually understand and do their best to help us. But the lady who owned this place came out with an attitude and told us it is absolutely impossible . They mentioned food regulations which is ofcourse understable . However there was no need to speak to us the way she did, we are reasonable people. Then the chef came out and basically came out to give us a piece of his mind. So i asked for my money back and we left. I dont think they should be speaking to their customers the way they did. I refuse to be spoken to in that way. We only asked a question we were by no means demanding anything. They could have dealt with it far better . I didnt want to leave a star because personally i dont feel like...

We came for a birthday lunch based on the recent reviews but was completely disappointed with our meal. Most of the items that we wanted on the menu were not available. When we did eventually order, our starters arrived at the same time with the mains. The staff said they thought we wanted it all to come at once, which of course we didn't. I had the burger which was raw in the middle so took it back and asked for a refund, which I got. Towards the end of the meal I was presented with another burger. When I politely refused it, as I never asked for a replacement the staff member seemed annoyed. The food quality was terrible and just barely warm. The chicken wings were over cooked and dry. The service was below par and uncoordinated, no one seemed to know what was going on. Unfortunately this experience has put us off and we will not be returning...
