Cantine — Restaurant in Hart

Update: 3 years on from the original review and it is still our favourite cafe - it's a social hub and a nice place to sit and enjoy a slice of cake or a yummy sandwich. The team are always super friendly and welcoming too.

Came here today for brunch with family. To be honest, we were booked in at a cafe down the road but due to a misunderstanding we couldn’t go there. Walking down the road we found Cantine and decided to give it whirl. What a wonderful little cafe. And to be honest we’re all quite glad of the misunderstanding that lead us here. Awesome! & PET Friendly. Tucked behind the bus stop and quite dark looking the shop doesn’t look as welcoming as it really is. I approached thinking it would be European with a fussy menu. The menu is great! Lovely breakfasts (which aren’t advertised outside and should be) and great coffee. Really friendly staff and pet friendly.
