Best breakfast around. We go about twice a month. I have 2 egg, 2 bacon, 2 fried bread and tinned toms or beans. Always excellent with an orange juice and we share a pot of tea. They use proper sausages. Black pudding is nice. The beans come in a ramakin and are piping hot. Some of the reviews below are clearly hateful and fake. Steve and Nat are friendly. The recent refurb has taken them to another level with a kitchen redesign. Ignore any reviews from over a year ago. Did I mention the fried bread? Perfect. Sunday is a good time to go as parking in this parade can be limited. They do takeaways and collection so if you're fishing the lakes nearby this is a good option. 2 breakfasts plus 2 orange juices and a pot of tea for about £22. Always judge a cafe by how well the eggs are cooked :)

Unfortunately my experience wasn't good at Peaky Bakers. A friend and I went for coffee and a snack about 11.40 today. I ordered a pork bap with fries, stuffing and a cappuccino; my friend ordered a cheese, ham, tomato toastie with a latte. The coffees were fine; the food wasn't! My pork bap had mould spots on it, the stuffing ball was like a bullet and my friend's toastie was burnt outside and not cooked inside. They gave me another bap but the pork was hard and crusty so inedible although the bread at least was fresh this time! We both made brave attempts to eat what we were given but had to concede defeat in the end. We complained and weren't charged but it has really put us off going again. The fries were excellent though!

what can I say, it's a little hidden gem in yateley!! everytime we've gone, we've had wonderful, friendly service, food cooked to order. I had my hen party afternoon tea here, lovely food and spread. I loved it so much we booked the day after our wedding for breakfast with our wedding party! food is great, service is great, if you don't believe me come try for yourself... oh and the cakes are brilliant too, and not forgetting that Nat makes some amazing cakes to order!!

Visited on Sunday 28th April after hearing good things about the place. Well that was not the experience we had at all. The tables were so dirty, nothing cleared away and food all over them. A young girl was stood behind the counter, doing nothing, didnt even acknowledge us. Stood and watched while i cleared the table and cleaned it myself using wipes from my Daughters changing bag. The high chair was absolutely disgusting, i was loathed to actually put my baby in it, but didnt have a choice. Food was ok, got a cooked breakfast and a sausage roll, asked for no mushroom or tomato on breakfast but came with both. Pastry on the sausage roll was undercooked. Was extremely disappointed with the whole experience, mainly by how dirty the place was and the bad attitude of the girl behind the counter. Will not...

I’m completely shocked to see any poor reviews of this place! I can only presume they must be from some sort of competitor? I hope my genuine experience will help to bring balance. Popped in for a quick takeaway with my work colleague whilst in the area, but ended up eating in because the food on the menu was enticing. We chose pie & mash, one with traditional liquor, one with gravy. The pies were freshly made & oven baked with a crusty pastry. Perfect lunch size, good quality & extremely good value for money! We received exceptional customer service from a gentleman (who I presume is the owner). He knew his menu, how to make people feel very welcome & did everything with a sense of caring & pride. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend eating here. We will be back on our next...
