The chicken and wings are delicious, 100% the best no fault.

The real issue is their delivery guy, he was aggressive and rude. I left a note on JustEat app asking for him to knocking on my inside porch door or I won't hear anything. When I heard a knock it took me 10-20 seconds to walk to my door and he was already getting in his car! I flagged him down and he was so rude and accusatory, saying 'I've been knocking!' angrily. He was visibly angry having to walk the few meters back to my door (I couldn't go outside, was in pjs)

I explained I was ill and had to get out of bed and was very upset, I really don't know why I apologised to him, after he shoved the bag at me, I'd done nothing wrong. I was really upset by the whole encounter.

I love the food but will not order here again. If you do order here, be ready and waiting by the door until your food arrives or suffer this idiots impatience...

I will never be returning to this "chicken" shop. I ordered a rib meal and the ribs are genuinely disgusting, full of fat, no meat and taste awful. The gravy looks like the oil from the back of their fryer with brown food colouring added, as if they was like "that'll do". If I could leave a picture of both items I would I am dumbfounded as to how people find this place acceptable. The staff also called me and told me my address didn't exist even though it was all on JustEat and get many deliveries a week from that app. Very disappointing. (additional comment) I called the restaurant to let them know I was very unsatisfied with my purchase and instead of an apology the rude staff hung up on me, I was not rude in anyway so rather uncalled for. Absolutely disgusted with how unprofessional the manager is calling customers liars down the phone And to their faces I spent 40 pound on a meal last night for my children for it to turn up cold like he had just come out the freezer when we phoned up to complain we was told oh my God multiple doubt times down phone also calling us liars. I then pay for a taxi to take the food back after them tells us bring it back we will not replace or frund us so in the end it cost us 60 for a family of 4.

This is not how you treat customers and a business to. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years now since this place opened. Just show what loyalty to your customers look like. Rather go somewhere else where loyalty and respect to the customer is given.
