Hastings Grill — Restaurant in Hastings

Ordered pizzas a couple of weeks ago brilliant and hot! Ordered two kebabs tonight opened up the meat was not even warm rang straight away and man at shop said he would have to wait for the manager to come back and he would ring us. After 30 minutes I rang back explained the situation what I did not expect was the manager asking me why the food was cold? After back and forth telling me that the replacement could be cold so what did I want? So being frustrated with him not believing it was cold even asked if I had eaten them I said I would appreciate a refund and I won't use them again he then said no refund available and that he would do another the driver arrived I gave him the two kebabs we had received earlier and took the replacements not much warmer than the first I can't eat food that's not even warm so had to bin them.i have to say the driver was polite and helpful.im not use to having genuine reason to complain ring up and end up having to try and answer why the food was cold.wont...

Got take away just now, and its definitely once of nicest kebabs I've had around here, in terms of fast food take away joint. The salad was great quality and very fresh, and the meat had been tenderised perfectly. Portion sizes generous, and the kids burger meal was huge and again fresh and rasty. The chips are like burger King chips which are my fav!chillie sauce homemade, yoy can tell, and had a hint of smokeyness. Plenty of chillies, only one thing I wish they had, red cabbage!they had white cabbage, but I love red cabbage too, and it's really hard to find around here. The food was hot, fast delivery, and the driver was really happy - good...

Order food, only 1 of the sauces was delivered, called immediately to the restaurant, the first person hung up on me, second person said they will deliver the souce, then we decided to put the food in the oven and wait for the souce but after 45 minutes we decided to call back because nothing had arrived.
