Istanbul Grill (New Management) — Restaurant in Havant

Just ordered a wrap which didn't have any salad or sauce, just a few bits of chicken in a wrap. Noticed it looked flimsy and so we checked.

Called them who explained it wasn't their fault because we hadn't picked salad and sauce however we didn't have a choice to pick them, only to pay for extra cheese for £1. So they suggested to call JustEat because it's a problem with the app.

Called JustEat who were really helpful and understandable and explained that the shops allocate what to put on their page and so it could be their fault or shops fault. They called Istanbul grill if they could send another wrap (we explained that we could give the other wrap back) but they refused and said that if they send another, they will charge us again. So JustEat offered us a voucher for next time.

The food was fine however I'm really disappointed in Istanbul grill because I've always gone with them and been a loyal customer however I'm now quite devious to order from them again, not because of their food, because of...

I ordered food and my order was cancelled yet I was billed for the order anyway. I they refuse to refund me instead telling me I have to contact the company who they use as a billing agent. That company has me on hold and never answer. So I am left with no choice but to get my bank involved. I did give them a chance the next day and ordered again and this time my order was delivered but was disgusting as in the chips were hard and I just bin the food. Of course I am not saying their food is always disgusting but the fact that when a customer orders food and they cancel the order and offer no support for the customer to get their money back tells me they do not care. They refuse to accept responsibility even though my bank statement clearly states their business name. My advice is order in person or pay using cash because if you order online and something goes wrong they will not lift a finger to help even though they...

I have been using this place twice a week for years... tonight the delivery driver gets lost. The food arrives cold and greasy. So I call them ,to complain,their phone manner is disgusting,the guy tells me it can't be cold, and won't swap it for hot food replacement, we'll good bye Istanbul grill I wont be back.. but I will be contacting H.B.C ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH in the morning.. cant believe you let loyal customers go and treat them this way.. disgusting place Your response is lies the food was cold... and you were not prepared to do anything about it.. so that shows what you think of your loyal customers.. but hey that's your loss my friend and good luck with environmental health tomorrow ...
