Booked 1hr massage over the phone. Was advised it was $55 and the time to arrive. On arrival no one was in store it was locked up, yet there was an open sign. After 10 minutes of waiting outside trying to contact someone, she arrived. When I went into the room she asked if I had a student discount. I told her I wasn't a student. She then proceeded to tell me if would cost $65 not $55. I did not have this money on me. She then said she would do 45 minutes not 1hr as I didn't have the total cost. Given I had made it all that way I agreed to continue with the massage. I was then requested to complete two forms (with different spa names on them) which I thought was strange.

The massage was sub par. The set up although was the cleanest was not great and below my standard of what to expect spending that amount of money. Given this matches the cost of other massage salons in the area which much higher standards. I would not recommend and will...

Having read reports of this new place I went in to get a massage due to heat stress and damaging my knee when I tripped. The interior looked very professional, but when I asked about a massage I was only offered a list of times with one hour being £65, which is top price outside London. I asked for the menu of different massages available, as a traditional Thai massage is completely different to a Swedish massage, but was referred back to the time only price list - which clearly needs the owner to handle, as the Massage Licence requires a printed service menu - which can be augmented by a website description of the services available and their cost. I also asked about payment by card, but currently they only take cash, which is a bit behind the times especially given the prices they charge. If the above are fixed next time I visit them I will remove this review, as I am trying to help...

Very rarely do I do a Google review but this deserves one. Had a stiff neck, back and shoulders for a few weeks so thought I would give this place a shot. Was a bit sceptical but very pleasantly surprised. A fantastic massage mixing a number of different techniques and really working out the knots and stiffness. Easily on a par with any deep tissue sports massage I have had before....
