Poppins Waterlooville — Restaurant in Havant

I've always loved Poppins have been going for over 20 years, however I've been in three times in as many months and it's been absolutely freezing in there, no heating on,people sat eating in their coats. The staff are probably warm enough in the kitchen cooking. I asked if it was possible to put the heating on and the staff member returned to the kitchen to ask the manager, he loudly said absolutely not, for regulars yes, but they're not regulars 😳 not sure what regular constitutes when you've been going for as long as we have. Plain rude. Also the menu never changes, so it gets abit boring having the same thing over and over, good in terms of you know what to expect, but if you are regular it does get monotonous. I've decided not to go back after the managers attitude, I did go once more but again it was cold in there with no heating so that's it...

My favourite place to eat. The food is amazing, the staff are even better. They're happy and friendly, always there to help with whatever you need. The coffee and tea is also fantastic, and the milkshakes are to die for 👌👌 Definitely would recommend to anyone who has never been here before. Table service at its finest. The staff was very rude and didnt give me pepsi he also starting shouting and swesring at us because we asked for food for no reason and it stinked of chicken curry and said we had to clean the food looked photo shopped and when he brought the food it was tasted bad, we then ordered again they said we are closing down because we asked for food.
