Joke of a place came 25 minutes away so had high hopes! ordered food through the drive thru, service was very poor the woman was rude and would cut you off while taking other orders. As we was waiting we saw one of the workers take rubbish out of the bin with her bare hands instead of just changing the bin itself so not good hygiene and just pure laziness from the worker. No customer service skills at all could clearly see they didn’t want to be there which is not what you want when your buying anything let alone food. We had children in the car and they were using fowl language swearing and just using inappropriate words in general. and we also noticed a few rats out side of the building presuming that’s from kfc as the rats roaming about if there own building shocking to see from a multi million pound company

Chips weren’t even cooked was rock hard and soggy. So dry I needed a drink but shame I didn’t get one with my order I brought with my hard earned money £40 order 40 mins of my time in the car never gunna get back if your a customer looking at this PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE A LOCAL BUSINESS!!!!!
We tried to ring them twice for them to pick up we explain to her that food was missing and the rest was just not up to company standards and she accused us of lying!! What happened to customers are always right! Disgraceful management all of them are clueless! Go to another kfc or go else where don’t support customers...
Read moreWhat a disaster!!! Arrived at KFC Havant at 7.15pm to sit and eat with my granddaughter, thinking this would be much better than before, as it has just reopened after a referb. There's new electronic menus just inside, so we ordered and paid for our food.. so far, so good, but that's where it ends! We had already been waiting nearly 15 minutes before the kindergarten children, I mean staff inform everyone that they've run out of gravy, which my granddaughter had ordered. We then waited another 20 minutes for them to call our number, at which time I noticed that the ice cream and coffee we had ordered was sitting on the counter and had been there so long that the ice cream had melted and the coffee was cold! We asked about the gravy, as we had seen more tubs arrive, to be told by one young girl that it wasn't 'cooked'. We were then completely ignored, not being offered a substitute or our money back for the gravy. The whole dreadful experience took 90 minutes!! And there was me thinking it was a fast food outlet! Read moreReally poor complaints process. I couldn't find any complaints process on the 'contact us' page on the KFC website and even when using the search tool they have no results. Hence why I'm here. St least Macdonalds and competitiors encourage feedback on their reciepts and by keeping in touch. I've had so many bad experiences of customer service from another KFC store in havant and this one finally tipped the boat. I asked politely if I can have 3 chicken thighs and no legs. I was told no we can't guarantee this. I said OK, can you please check with the kitchen before I order (a stones throw away!) No I was told they have multiple orders and I can't guarantee this. 3rd attempt. OK, can I please order and wait for 3 chicken thighs if this is an issue for you. No. Final attempt. Happy to wait in car park and even come and get it. No I can't guarantee. Absolute joke, rude and avoid. Far better using your local chicken grill for better chicken, service and flexibility.
