Well, thought would try again, surely after 2 years it could only have got better. How foolish was that the message Stated 45mins from 17:33, 18:30 rang up they answered, so sorry will be another 15-20 mins. At this I told to cancel, no no can't do that me to him yes you can as the order hasn't left yet. After argument he agreed. Never ever again. Watch out if I don't get my money back.

Ordered 1hr 25mins ago, even though website says 1hr in rush time still awaiting for it to turn up. Tried ringing to cancel the order but can't get through. Food eventually arrived but what a surprise the order was short at a cost £3.60. Still can't through think they have left phone off the hook. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

I have used this place a lot and had been satisfied in the past. However, this time part of my order turned up burnt. I sent them a polite email with a picture of the burnt food and told them it was binned and asked for my money back just for the burnt items. I paid for something that was not edible.(I ordered online). I did not received a reply from them, not even to say sorry. I am very dissappointed as this could have been resolved and a 5 star review would then have been given. To just ignore a regular customer is so bad! I will never buy from here again and I will change all of my reviews I have done for them in the past on other sites to 1 star. I would put 0 star if I...
