Ridiculous customer service in handling complaint. Signed up for service and direct debit on 22nd Feb. First direct debit payment was failed and I was informed on 1st Apr (not Apr Fool though), I was then given a payment link which I paid instantly. However, I was charged for dishonest payment penalty £15. Checked with Metrobank whose customer services was so great comparatively, the lady spent over half hour and confirmed with the IT department that Safestore submit the direct debit application and was then setup on 25th Feb but it requested for a cancellation on 4th Mar subsequently for unknown reason. Reported this back to safestore but denied that they have cancelled the direct debit unless I can prove them guilty. Sorry I'm not a police or investigator. This is not about the £15 but the way it tried to hide someone mishandling or IT bugs by passing the fault onto its customer. I was accused for dishonest payment which I have done everything possible as a customer for authorizing direct debit and have the money ready for it. I need to make sure that this is heard by the senior management, eg. Ian Tattersall (operation director).. to look into...

Mummy and I opted for Vegetarian Breakfast Option One. The Bubble and Squeak was a little bland, as though no salt had been added in the potatoes. I'm assuming it is prepared and then fried, as there is a little cabbage in it and there is no cabbage on the menu. the grill tomatoes were tasty and the mushrooms and hash browns not too bad. It's a shame the beans weren't Heinz. This was served on a lovely blue plate, not the basic white plates usually found in a workman style cafe.

The two lavatories are not wheelchair accessible. Surely it would be better to knock them into one so it can be accessible to everyone and to have a baby...

I ordered a breakfast from this cafe because it had quite good reviews despite the price being slightly high we gave it a try anyway. Forgot one of my eggs, and the one that came was basically liquid. Scrambled eggs had of eggshell in (not just one accidental bit, i mean everywhere), mushrooms were cold, beans were so salty they weren’t edible anymore and the hash browns were mushy. Spending over £20 for such low quality food is ridiculous, I have never had such a bad breakfast dish at such high price before. Will never order...
