Good selection of shops, but the car park is always awfully busy. There are not enough disabled parking bays, regular car bays are very tightly packed in- evidence seen in the many dented, scuffed and massively damaged bollards and kerbs surrounding the area. Which are keeping pedestrians safe, but not sure for how much longer, as it can get super busy on the pavements, that pedestrians use the roads to walk in too. So keep your wits about you if you use this area to park in. Other than that, as aforementioned, the choice of shops are great. Argos, B&M, Next, Aldi, Lidl, Halfords, M&S, Metro Bank, and many more, and if you manage to mobilise off of this area, you can gain access to the High Street too. This is where you'll find pubs, barbers, smaller convenience shops, fast food shops, salons, budget stores, betting shops, etc. Also, more parking is available along there too. Came shopping here at the weekend with the family because there are plenty of shops available to shop from (and had plenty of shopping to do). Days later recieved a parking ticket throught the posy for being in the car park for over 3 hours (3:24 to be exact). Penalty letters says the sign with 3 hour limit is prominent but I didn't notice any on the way in. Checked in google maps and can see there were 2 small signs (one behind a tree) which are not prominent and does not grab your attention. I suspect plenty of people will get stung by this and the enforcement company will make easy money because many will not challenge their tickets. If the land owners want to be honest and transparent with their customers they need to install a display like they have in Colney Fields in London Colney which displays the car number plate and the time they need...

We visit here rarely but there is a pretty good variety of shops. The Hobby craft shop is always a good place to go look at. We made a specific trip o go the the Pets at Home store I think its called. The staff in there were really friendly and went out of there way to help. Even to the point of advising us to get the app to be able to claim a discount on our purchase. The car Park always seems to be busy with ques to get in to it. the Parking bays are also really narrow which does not make it easy to get in and out of cars or to park and remove them for that matter.
