The service is very rude and, the price is very high, and the staff is not very honest. We came to this restaurant with my husband on Sunday evening whilst on holiday in the area. The food was ok - but overpriced and low value for money. Additionally we were cheated on the meal price and the owner verbally abused us. When we questioned the bill, the owner of the restaurant came with an excuse and said it was a “mistake - someone „pressed the wrong button”. He did not apologise though. When we questioned why the bill was so high the Turkish owner told us to leave the restaurant as „This is my land”. He was shouting and rudely pointed fingers at us asking to “live his land immediately and never come back”. As a women I felt very threatened by his abusive gestures and remarks. We left and we definitely never will be back to this place. The best recommendation is to stay away from places like this.
Ps In Response owner made further lies and trying to blame Customer for his dispeacable behaviour. I therefore need to clarify That staff allowed to bring a bottle of wine and charged us 3gbp corcacage which is on the bill ! So this is a lie that “My staff kindly told you that you can not bring your own alcohol and that we are licensed. Regardless, you ignored the waiter and sat down with your drink”
When we questioned the bill we got abusd by the owner - and we have witnesses
Therefore this is absolute lie. We called police and reported the verbal abuse there will be police record available.
Be aware as you may get abused...

Me and my partner ate here for a friends birthday and specified that we had intolerances upon arrival (me with Gluten and my partner with dairy) I was served bread which I happily removed but then my partners salad was served with cheese on it. We informed the server who scraped this off of the salad in front of her and handed back to her even though the salad was contaminated (she decided to just not eat it as we wanted to enjoy our time with our friends. We thought our troubles were over but only once my partner had started on her rice did the waiter inform us that the rice had butter in.
He chuckled and said that we didn't tell him about a butter intolerance and only a dairy one which we found absurd.
The rest of our meal was rather terrible with our lamb being tough and the bill being rather expensive considering the state of the food. We rang the restaurant once home to express how annoyed we were with negligence to our intolerances and the server continued to tell us that we didn't inform him of a cheese or butter intolerance and only dairy and that we should ring back the following day to speak to the boss.
In hindsight we should have refused to pay our part of the bill but we'll...
Read moreThe prices on the restaurant menu don’t match the ones listed on the website. The Mega Mix for four is advertised as £44 online, but in the restaurant, it’s £74. For three people, the website says £36, but it turned out to be £54 . I wasn’t expecting such a big difference in prices.
We ordered the mix for three, and what we got was a board with three portions of rice, a few small halves of skewer – some adana, chicken beyti, lamb shish (just three tiny pieces), and not a single chicken shish as stated in the menu. Most of the meat was chicken wings. Honestly, £54 for chicken wings is way too much.
The tiny bowl of salad leaves with two cherry tomatoes was laughable for three people. The meat and starters tasted great, but the portion sizes and the actual contents were a rip-off. What’s even worse is that the website price is misleading. I wouldn’t have even gone if I’d known the real prices.
When we were sitting on the ground floor in the main hall, it was so noisy whenever guests came upstairs. The sound of chairs being dragged around and all the stomping made it feel like the ceiling was about to collapse, as if there was a full-on dance party going on above us. It was incredibly loud and...
