A Delightful Treat with Tantalizing Cuisine and a Warm Atmosphere
Review:
As a resident of Horsham, I often find myself searching for the perfect dining spot to treat my family to a delicious meal. Among the many options available, Ask is a consistent favorite that never fails to deliver a delightful experience. Although I sometimes struggle to choose from their menu, which leans towards lighter fare, the food itself is undeniably delicious, making every visit truly enjoyable.
The ambiance at Ask is one of its standout features. The friendly atmosphere, combined with the attentive and welcoming staff, creates an inviting setting that makes you feel right at home. Whether you're there for lunch or dinner, the warm and accommodating nature of the staff enhances the overall dining experience.
One of the unique aspects of Ask is the opportunity to catch a glimpse into their bustling kitchen. If you're seated on the first floor, you'll have a bird's-eye view of the culinary action as the skilled chefs meticulously prepare the delectable dishes. Watching the art of food preparation adds an exciting touch to the dining experience, further enhancing your appreciation for the culinary craft.
While dining at Ask, I've had the pleasure of using my Tesco's vouchers on several occasions. This additional benefit provides even greater value and makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Saving money while savoring the delightful flavors of Ask's cuisine is undoubtedly a win-win situation.
Whether you're visiting Ask for lunch or dinner, the menu's lighter offerings might initially pose a challenge for those seeking heartier fare. However, the chefs truly shine when it comes to creating delectable dishes within this culinary spectrum. From vibrant salads bursting with flavor to perfectly cooked seafood and tender grilled options, every dish is thoughtfully crafted to satisfy both the palate and the senses.
In summary, Ask in Horsham is a go-to destination for my family when we want to indulge in a memorable dining experience. Although the menu may not cater to those seeking substantial meals, the delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and attentive staff make up for it. And with the added bonus of being able to use Tesco's vouchers, dining at Ask becomes an even more enticing proposition. So, treat yourself and your family to a delightful meal at Ask, where exquisite flavors and a warm...
Read moreI came here last night looking forward to an anniversary dinner, but was far from impressed. Firstly, we were seated in the upstairs section where there was only us and another family and there was no atmosphere. The starter was lukewarm at best, the main course was good to be fair, but the timings at which both courses were served were very inconsistent. The thing that left us most unimpressed was the service, that was very poor and unprofessional. We had to wait ages before we even received the main menu, even though the server told us a special menu was available. When it came to desserts she took the orders and served the other family who were sitting upstairs with us, however seemed to forget about us. I understand that other customers needed to be served downstairs but it seems like a very sloppy system. It came to the point that when she did eventually ask us if we wanted desserts, we declined as we simply wanted to leave. When we did pay the bill, she did not seem to return, so as we we were going downstairs to leave, we had to inform her our bill was upstairs. However, she didn't seem too interested as she was simply laughing and joking around with other members of staff. Overall, a bad experience. I understand that other customers need to be served, but when your server is joking around and keeps hanging around looking out the window, this as you can imagine makes us doubt she is actually doing her job effectively. Follow my advice and go to Prezzo, where you will receive a much more satisfactory service and a much...

Wheelchair users those with walking sticks loss of sight sensory issues people with prams are unable to use the pavement As for their staff being able to serve customers safely not a chance. So their putting their staff at risk too No risk assessment for customers or staff!!!
Restaurants response they have a licence (temporary) it is not for the tables & chairs to be at right angles to their building blocking the pavement or my favourite response was

They even had this set up before their refurbishment had finished
Oh yes as a disabled person I will only come to that part of town after 4. Thank you for your thought & consideration. I'm sure people with various needs including those with prams will be so grateful for being allowed to use the pavement after 16.00hrs every day And as for your staff & any customer sitting there I'm sure their thinking please don't ask for anything hot & don't...
