Went on Friday 18th October, and we were told that there would be a 30 min wait for food, and we also are aware than when the items of food are ready, theyre on the table.
We ordered drinks and starters (chick gyoza, Hot honey chicken and prawn crackers) whilst we decided our mains. Once our drinks arrived 5 mins later, we ordered our mains.
To our surprise, the Katsu curry, arrived very quick, and cold, only 5 minutes after ordering. despite ordering starters way before, and also not being given cutlery. But atleast our waitress Hailie put her name on the paper, rather than topping up the cutlery, other than a singular fork.
We receieved our prawn crackers, my partner had finished her Katsu curry, before my Rahmen arrived (this is expected here). Only after finishing both mains, did our hot honey chicken starter arrive. Our Gyozas never arrived! This was taken off our bill, but before we had a chance to make a complaint, we saw our waitress out the window walking down the high street home, leaving us with nobody serving!
The restuarant clearly prioritises online orders as they block the walkway to the toilet, cause severe delays and hoard the entrance.
We paid, as we felt obligated to, by using the qr code on the table to pay online, as we had no body to speak to, to raise a complaint! over £50, and we didnt even get a goodbye or thank you as we left. i even looked back, waited at the door, for anyone, anybody! but got nothing! thank you for taking my money though Wagamama’s Horsham and not giving us a starter, having a cold main, the other starters as an afters, and for not even having the courtesy to say thank you, goodbye or have a...
Read moreVisited for lunch around 12.30 pm on 25 Feb.Wasnt to busy and were shown a seat. After 10mins no body had come to see us take an order and worst of all even offered to get us a drink when we arrived. Looked around for waiting staff they were there but to interested in talking to themselves rather than serving us. We got up and walked out as we were not impressed we were still not even acknowledged by the waiting staff who were more interested in talking to themselves. We went across street to Cote and got the usual fantastic service and offered a drink straight away they know how to serve customers. You would think Wagamanas Horsham would want business especially on a Monday lunchtime but obviously they don't. Mind you if it is bad weather go and sit in there to get out of it as they won't serve you anyway. I would just like to add this is not aimed at Wagamanas in general just the Horsham restaurant. As was in the Guildford one last week at lunchtime they were 5 times as busy with people queuing in the street waiting for tables. They sorted this out well food and drink was good with a prompt excellent service by the waiting staff. Wagamanas why dont you send the Guildford staff to Horsham to show them how to do the job properly . Then the Horsham branch might generate...
Read moreVery rude waitress avoiding our table and being blunt with us. Food was average. We ordered a Pad Thai Chicken & Prawn but requested for the chicken to be removed but then the waitress serves it with the chicken clearly visible on the dish and says to us when serving that it has no chicken, when we can see it in front of our eyes. I do not know how this woman was even employed to work there. Then they had forgotten my little 10 year old brothers food and we had asked this clumsy waitress and she said she would check and she didn’t even bother. Bearing in mind the restaurant was not busy at all, around 4-5 tables. 20 minutes later a kind gentleman came and asked about our food and we explained the issue and he rectified it immediately. This waiter was very apologetic and then gave us a discount off our bill which we were happy about, but it’s not about the money, it’s the service that was provided which was absolutely awful from that woman which...
