Chococo — Restaurant in Horsham

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chococo for the second time, and once again, it left me with a delightful experience. The quaint chocolate haven continues to impress with its warm ambiance and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Chococo are a testament to exceptional customer service. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist make the entire experience enjoyable. During both of my visits, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer, which significantly enhances the overall impression of the place. What struck me the most about Chococo is the reasonable pricing for the high-quality chocolates they offer. The artisanal chocolates are not only visually appealing but also a treat for the taste buds. The variety of flavours and the meticulous craftsmanship behind each piece make it evident that Chococo takes pride in delivering a premium chocolate experience without breaking the bank. In addition to the delectable chocolates, the ambiance of the place contributes to a relaxed and cosy setting, making it an ideal spot to indulge in some sweet delights. Chococo has certainly become a favourite destination for me when I crave a chocolate fix or when I want to surprise someone with a thoughtful gift. Overall, my repeated visits to Chococo have solidified my positive impression of the establishment. It's a place where chocolate lovers can rejoice in a friendly environment, relish high-quality treats, and leave with a smile. I look forward to many more visits...

I ordered 2 coffees and a cake, it took 15 minutes for the staff to serve!

Once served, there was no brown sugar, so I had to literally go hunting for it.

In addition, there weren't any napkins available.

The customer service was just awful, incredibly appalling.

The coffee? - It was ok, but nothing to write home about (served luke warm I might add).

The cake? - it was dry at best! Perhaps left out in the air for too long? Who knows! 🤷

My intention was to actually go to Caffe Nero/Starbucks as I walked from the bottom of town but decided to give this place a go - I regretted every single minute of it.

Also worth noting that they had about 6 members of staff yet somehow they were painfully slow on service and customers who walked in were told, "You'll have to wait, we have an invisible cue here of orders that have piled up and need serving first..." - where is the organisation? Where is the service? Where is management?

Just had a really lovely experience at this shop! My son was out playing the Easter Bunny name hunt game and for whatever reason, didn't want to go into the shop. The staff member saw that my son was a bit upset but he made the time especially to come outside the shop, with the game in hand and was able to cheer up my son enough to want to play the game. He won some chocolate and had a great time - all made possible by the tall chap with glasses! Whoever you are sir, thank you for making my son smile and have some fun! We will definitely be back to shop with you and will recommend you to all friends and family!...
