Absolutely dreadful. I have been waiting well over 30 minutes after placing my order and still no sign of my food. There were only three people waiting at the counter when I entered, the restaurant, It is just absolutely disgraceful that it should take this long to process my order.
It appears that at 18:00hrs on a Friday evening they have not cooked enough chicken to meet the demand. Even though It is not particularly busy compared to other KFC's I have visited at similar peak times.
The staff are all standing around chatting and when chicken was finally placed in the heat cabinet they seem to have one gear, which is reverse. It looks like dliveroo and Uber eats get priority, even though they came in 20 minutes after I p!aced my order, they have just been served before me even though my order was on the screen way before the delivery orders appeared.
Never, never coming in here again ever, whoever owns this franchise, you should invest some of you huge profit in training your staff and managers, also stop giving delivery companies priority service, or is it the case that customers opting for home delivery are more important than those actually coming in to your restaurant.
In addition, two home delivery customers came in whilst I have been waiting both to complain that their orders were wrong. One gentleman, claimed it was the third time in a month he had ordered from there and each time the order was incorrect, which is why this time he came in to complain and get the complete order replaced. They tried to fob him off but he stood his ground, producing receipts from the previous orders and demanding the whole meal be replaced not just the missing part added and the wrong bit swapped.

Especially having worked in the industry before, I wouldn’t expect complaints to be handled in such a manner. My company and myself ordered from Bishopric KFC for a quick Friday lunch, and we were a bit disappointed with all the missing items. So I took the liberty to call up and see what happened and if we could issue a refund for what we didn’t receive. Makes sense to do so, no? Anyhow, I called up and at first they couldnt find the order on their tills and asked me to call back later. So I did just that, and again, they had been sitting on the phone will conferring with their colleagues about the order while making me repeat the list of missing items a good 6/7 times. Finally get transferred to someone else who had the attitude as if I packed the bag myself and forgot to take the items with me. He then transferred me to his supervisor, who again, dominated the same attitude and that they had done everything right. We didnt get any dips or any of the individual drinks we ordered with our meals, as well as a few sides. She continuously tried to argue with me over it and whatnot, and wasnt getting the point tgat despite my colleague asked for a litre of Pepsi instead of coming back to the office with drinks at all, due to the fact they had no lids, yet she wasnt understanding the fact that all the drinks we ordered does not add up to the cost of a litre of Pepsi. By the end of it, I gave up and said forget while telling the supervisor that the customer service was severely poor. Read moreOrdered a zinger tower box meal with 4 extra hot wings (6 total) pepsi was fine, chips have gone back to something similar to the original ones which is a positive step but they were not as good. Zinger tower itself was OK, construction a bit sloppy.
My issue was with the hotwings, on first bite I caught the smell and taste of burnt, gone off oil with a hint of cat wee. Stomach instantly churned and knew I was going to get diarrhoea, exactly 24 hours later, I did.
I returned the wings to the counter and the manageress was completely unwilling to give me a refund on the grounds that I had eaten most of the meal, the hotwings could not be refunded as part of the meal. She offered me more chicken to which I replied, really? After complaining about how bad it is? I was then offered a cookie. I am 36.
Rang the complaints line and they have sent me a £5 voucher for the £8 meal. Poor. Luckily I don't live in Horsham so can use it elsewhere. Hopefully the manageress I dealt with will be publicly flogged or receive an...
