So we have continuation. GDPR breach… we see each other in court now as you clearly believe that you have ultimate power of keeping data unsecured. When someone makes SAR you comply, not ignore. Now I have to spend a lot of money… but don’t worry you will compensate. Plus distress… I’m not giving you anymore chances. Also now I’m adding photos which p shows your lack of skills, how dirty you are guys, what language you use towards staff. See you in court. If you're considering working at or even visiting the Burger King in St Neots, you might want to think twice. My experience there was far from pleasant, and I feel it's important to share these issues with others.
Toxic Work Environment: The atmosphere is plagued by exclusion and bullying. The general manager, along with most shift managers, fosters a culture of disrespect. The only exception is Joe, who is still learning and shows promise. Unfortunately, management encourages negative behavior, making it difficult for anyone to feel included or respected.
Poor Hygiene Practices: Why you keep using out of date buns? Stop doing so! Anisur if you order too much then it is what it is. Bin it, report waste and stop killing customers! And yet you give prefers to other staff to follow this rule. Unbelievable!
Consistent hygiene lapses are a major concern. Staff regularly handle raw meat without washing their hands before moving on to other tasks—this is a standard practice, alarmingly overlooked by management. This poses a serious health risk to both employees and customers.
Lack of Fair Treatment: Unlike my previous experience at McDonald’s, where fairness and inclusion were prioritized, Burger King St Neots falls short. Employees face victimization and exclusion, especially if they stand up for their rights. Reporting issues only seems to exacerbate the situation, with management making false statements despite surveillance evidence.
Unprofessional Management: The general manager’s conduct raises numerous red flags. He often works minimal hours, yet expects full attention and compliance from staff, even on their days off. There's also an expectation to complete online training at home without compensation.
Incompetent Handling of Complaints: Attempts to address these issues internally have been ignored, forcing employees to consider external avenues for resolution. This reflects a severe lack of accountability and respect for employee welfare.
In summary, Burger King St Neots exemplifies poor management and a toxic work culture. Until significant changes are made, I strongly advise seeking employment or dining elsewhere. Everyone deserves a safe and respectful work environment, and unfortunately, this location does not...
Read moreAbsolute shambles, the drive through is ridiculous any more then 2 cars waiting and that's the road blocked. Long wait at drive through. I thought I would keep it simple so I ordered a large whopper meal and a shake only to be told they have no milk shakes. Great ! Ok I'll have a coke pls. Very slowly i make my way to the window to be greeted by a group of staff flapping a with panicked looks on there faces, a young lady who takes my money, and hands me this screwed up bag then has to ask me what drink I ordered, Meanwhile I check the bag ( not my first time at a drive through) and i find just a burger in there and no fries. Ask where my fries are I thought you just wanted a burger she replied even though she was making my drink. I got handed another screwed up bag and a small drink. Don't worry she said you have fries and a drink as if she was doing me a favour. Got home unwrapped the whopper to find a overcooked chicken sandwich effort. So to recap. I ask for large whopper meal with shake pls. I end up with overcooked chicken sandwich a small coke and small fries. I know it's a new store but if the staff aren't up to it then it shouldn't be open until all are...

The company are DBCL or something like that from channel 5's "can't pay take it away" there demanding £170, if Burgerking would've warned me that would've been nice, if BK don't tell the bailiffs to back off I will never use burgerking again in my lifetime. BEWARE/AVOID....!!!! THIS COUNTRY IS BECOMING A JOKE!!!! CANT STOP A CAR ANYWHERE WITHOUT GETTING FINES FROM PRIVATE CARPARKING COMPANIES, 3RD TIME FOR ME NOW IN JUST...
