I decided to order for the first time because it’s halal, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The meat quality was very poor and had a strong, unpleasant smell, almost like it had been stored in a fridge for too long. We couldn’t eat it and had to cook something else for the kids instead. On top of that, the prices are quite high—I paid nearly £39 for a pepperoni pizza and a calzone. Sadly, this might be our first and last order. We ordered 2 pizzas. The staff ensured that only fresh mozarella would be used and I later saw the chef add mozarella that was not fresh nor Italian on it. Pizza was dry. Crust was terrible. Nothing like a real Italian pizza. Overpriced. Tomato sauce was not great either, definitely did not use fresh tomatoes. The place was very small and had no seating area to wait whilst the pizza was being made. There was 1 chair and when other clients opened the door it would bang into the chair I was sat on. Ordered ham and pineapple with olives, chillis, and pepperoni. Pizza arrived missing pineapple and olives. Pizza base was ok, but the ham was the cheapest reconstituted ham paste I've ever seen on a pizza, the tomato sauce might as well not be there, topped off with too much cheap cheese which doesn't taste of much and goes a horrid texture as soon as it drops a few degrees.
