==Notes== I went here because my Dad likes steam trains and he was hoping to see one. He needed a little help getting there. I was feeling a little cynical because, well, it's not a cool idea, is it.
Positives== This is an amazing little resource Put together by a small community, they have transformed a neglected part of the Riverside Park into something creatives Well structured The train ride takes people around a little loop a couple of times. The ride was 5 minutes.

Read moreI've wanted to use this mini railway for ages and finally today we had a chance! It was adorable. There was quite a long queue and we waited about half an hour but it was worth it. The volunteers were dressed up, they even gave you a little ticket that was stamped and you went round the lovely little track twice with pretend animals to spot on the way. I think I enjoyed it more than my 1 year old but can definitely attest that there were lots of very excited little ones queuing patiently, its perfect for toddlers. The location is also a bonus, you can walk, feeds ducks, grab an ice cream or lunch with plenty of parking all right next door to St Neots....
Read moreI came here to get in to London thinking it was a mainline railway station. When I arrived and saw the size of the trains I was scared to think how long it would take me to get to Kings Cross. And it wasn’t your typical station. Nonetheless I boarded the little diesel train and we set off. Within 1 minute the train returned to the same station. I was then told that this was not St Neots railway station but a miniature railway for kids. 🤦Nonetheless I managed to get over to the main station and made it to London for my important business meeting.
