As visitors new to huntingdon, we came across the Falcon Tavern by pure chance, and we are glad we did. Tucked away behind a narrow archway, this historic pub is an absolute jem. It is a very long, narrow pub. There is a large seating area in the courtyard. There are a wide variety of beers, lagers, and cider, including an incredible six hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. The ones we sampled were in excellent condition. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and offered us a taster when we struggled to make up our minds of the excellent range of cask ales. Of the pubs we visited on our trip to huntingdon, this was the best. Highly recommended.

I visit on a Monday night for the board games. The staff are always friendly and the drinks are well priced. The board games are always good with knowledgeable people guiding newer players along. A friendly bunch of people. They're not serving food at the moment but have no problem with bringing in food from outside.

A really rare find of a traditional pub with fine beers at great prices and a happy hour. So much going on here, and such a great central location. I was so impressed and shocked I had not popped in before, as I have been here a year now! I will try the food soon. Congratulations Falcon Tavern.
