Kaaizan’s — Restaurant in Huntingdonshire

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. COMPLETE SCAM. Menu states Saag Paneer as a veg side dish however when it was delivered I got a container of saag (cooked spinach) blended with melted cheddar cheese, no paneer in sight. Most people know the difference and the manager on the phone who said he was Indian himself tried to tell me paneer is the Indian word for cheese, rather than a type of cheese. When I informed him that I too am Indian and it is insulting to try sell cheap cheddar in place of paneer, he admitted the difference but refused to do anything about it as he said that's what he does in his restaurant and it works with his customers. Bit like ordering feta from a Greek place or mozzarella from an Italian and the owner thinking his customers will be too stupid to know the difference. Don't be conned, order elsewhere and give your money to a place that actually respects...

As a regular at the Kaaizan I can write you a good and honest review . . . I LOVE this place ! The seating is superbly arranged, the windows and lighting are spot-on and the atmosphere is perfect. The staff (Extra star for Muhammad) are exceptional, never pushy and always very attentive, you won't go home feeling neglected lol And the food 🤤 . . . Its not served in a hurry, and I'm cool with that because I know its been cooked with authenticity. I have tried many different dishes here and they have all been outstanding ! Ordered for a 50 min delivery. Chased after 1hr 30mins and was told it was with driver eta 5 mins. Not delivered 15 mins later and chased again. This time told it was a system issue and they had not received the order. Surprised this was the case as it had been updated to delivered by someone.

I cancelled as it was going to be 2hr 30mins after order by the time I received. Most disappointed by the lie/inaccurate information I was given...
