Great little pub with beer garden in the back. It's a busy pub on a Friday night and weekends which I'm actually happy to say is a good thing. I'm glad traditional pubs like this are still keeping above board. Traditional decor inside as well as that cosy pub feeling. Fantastic! I don't get to come here often ( and I'm only a 5 minute walk away) but when I do, I love it. If, like me, you enjoy listening to a live band and of a mature age ( I'm 58 ) then this is the place to come. You will not be out of place as the majority punters are of the mature age. It's a friendly pub with a fantastic atmosphere. Live music is twice weekly Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoon. Bar staff are friendly....
