Not a pleasant experience! We felt like trying this place for lunch as it looked lovely from the outside. We were served by a very rude waitress. When she came to take our food order my husband politely requested if he could make a small change to his burger. She didn't even let my husband finish his sentence and rudely interrupted to point out that we are not allowed to make any changes to the dishes. All he wanted was no mayo in his burger to which she said 'is it an allergy' in a very rude tone. We had to complain to the Manager who was apologetic on her behalf and lovely about the whole thing and did offer another table to us but the whole experience was ruined. That waitress came to the table during this conversation again but wasn't apologetic about her behaviour and was very rude again. The Mojito my husband ordered was tasteless! The Mocha I had was delicious though. At that point we just wanted to pay the bill and get out of there but waited ages for the bill. In the end they gave the drinks on the house but we are not the kind of people who want to get out of paying so offered to cover the drinks. The Manager however was lovely but the waiting staff were NOT pleasant at all. All in all a very bad experience. Sad!
