Never ever received a more shockingly inedible Meal WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN I gave them a call back to tell them that my order was not up to standard and not even warm I said that I would give them back and would be happy for them to either send another replacement or get refund This was a joke that they decided was the most unbelievable TIME-WASTING FRUSTRATING WEIRDEST EVENT EVER EVER had 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

They said that the driver would comeback with New order and collect the old order —— Never arrived —— Asked me to wait as driver on way —— After several promises that drive on way they then stopped answering my mobile number??? ——— Rang back with different number Answered but lied and said driver coming ——— Never arrived ——— A week of promises to refund or even speak to manager never happened,finally went down to the Accrington outlet.They absolutely refused to acknowledge any complaints or promises of replacing or refunds I had paid cash and so I hadn’t even considered That’s why they found this so funny I had been strung along and then cheered out of My cash Never ever would have believed it They swore lied and cheered money from us No stars only toxic worse place ever Very sad behaviour...

Ordered a few weeks ago and couldn’t fault it and quite enjoyed it. Ordered the extract this evening expect the regular garlic bread to have cheese on it. They told me it would be £9.58 which was £1.10 more than last time. As I didn’t have a menu to hand I trusted that would be about right. I was advised it would take about 10-15 minutes. I got there 15 minutes later to collect and had to wait a further 10 minutes. Friday night quite busy, understandable but never received any apologies for my wait. What really grinded my gears was the lad that charged me asked for £9.98. I disputed the price and told him I was told £9.58 over the phone when I rang the order through. I handed him £10.00 and stood there waiting for my change and the cheeky get had the nerve to ask if I wanted my change. I said well yes! I was told £9.58 he shrugged his shoulders and said you just have heard wrong. I just left it there and took my food. Won’t use ever again after that. Be last time I use these. Got home and pizza was no where near as good as last time....

Worst experience with a takeaway I’ve ever had. Ordered and tried to cancel 7 minutes after I placed the order. They told me I could do this. Half an hour later, rung back and said I have to do it. Which I couldn’t as they had sent a delivery driver. They Proceed to shout and tell me I can cancel it when I could not. An hour after this they bring the food. Take a picture of it on the door step. I go out and it’s GONE. Ridiculous. Rung the delivery driver and he had no clue. I watched and nobody else came down my street. He must of taken it back. I Can’t complain and can’t get my money back.luckily for me I have Recorded this whole conversation and taken screenshots of it all and my neighbours have ring doorbells. I will find a way to Post this somewhere. Do not make the same mistake in trusting them. Also the picture they provided of the food on my door was only a bag. I ordered a garlic bread too and a drink which was not shown on the picture....
