Would not go back. Hygiene, well, I don't think they've ever heard of it.

When I walked in, there was a member of staff doing the accounts whilst on the phone - fair enough, they weren't busy - however, he then took our order and ended the call before proceeding to make our pizzas with his bare hands without washing them. Please, use some disposable gloves and wash your damn hands.

Then, some more customers came in, whose order he took, and handled the cash they gave him before continuing to make our pizzas WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS.

Let me just think if there was anything else... Oh yes, the way he wiped his forehead during the process to provide the extra topping of sweat that we paid approximately £0 for.

Those hygiene standards are poor as it is, but after coming out of a pandemic? Disgusting. I notice they didn't have a hygiene rating displayed anywhere - or perhaps they did and it was 0 stars, just like this review probably should be.

Anyway, the food quality was also quite poor. Soggy, weak base with pizza that cooled very quickly. Rather have a supermarket bought...

Two stars because the Calzone was actually ok.

However, ordered two Calzone with a good two hour's notice. The delivery time came and went, so once it was ten minutes late I called. Was fobbed off with excuses about it being busy... although good customer service would be to say no to having orders and reject them to maintain service levels to those who have already paid.

The person I spoke to tried to fatten me up with a free dessert or garlic bread...but I would have ordered those already if I wanted them.

After being told my Calzone would be 30mins late, I asked that I get one free. The person said a manager would call me... it's been 48hrs and still nothing.

So yeah, totally would recommend Sourdough Street I'm afraid. Super poor customer service at...

I recently visited this pizzeria and I have to admit, it was an exceptional experience. The pizza was simply amazing – thin, crispy crust, perfectly baked in a traditional oven. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Every bite was a true delight.

The service at this pizzeria also deserves the highest praise. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, taking care of every detail of my order. The service was courteous, smiling, and ready to help, which made me feel truly special there.

I recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for not only delicious pizza but also excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely return...
