They’re clearly trying to cover up slow service times in the drive thru so send you to park immediately. There are sensors. If they don’t have the staff numbers they need to get more staff, it’s dumb to pretend there isn’t a problem. McDonald’s really need a secret shopper here. Staff are incredibly rude. I was at the drive through and ordered a burger and fries (simple order) I was told to park up because my fries were taking too long, I said not to worry about them I would just take the burger, he went away then a manager came back and said the delay was the burger because “the meat takes 90 seconds” I said that’s fine I’ll wait, he said it’s going to take a long time and to park up, I said I am in a hurry so can I just get a refund. (There is only one car behind me) he takes my card and comes back 2 mins later saying he can’t do a refund and I’ll have to come in store if I want one. I said it’s been about 5 mins since I ordered my food must be ready, he said it’s not and he wants me out of the drive through because of the sensors monitoring car serving times. Read moreUse this drive thru fairly regularly. If you use the left hand lane of an evening you'll be greeted with a flock of rats around the bin store while you are waiting to order. My little boy no longer calls it McDonald's, but now calls it "the rat place". Phoned them to discuss this situation and they said there are no rats, went back a few days later and they are still there. Also, problems when going for breakfast, I have an egg allergy, the last 3 times I've been, I've ordered with no egg, the sticker saying no egg is on the item, and there's an egg in the muffin. This used to be the best McDonald's in the area but it's standards seem to be falling sharply, and it's sad to see. Don't think I'll be visiting "the rat place" again for a while Update: phoned and spoke to someone at the store who said there were no rat problems and they had been dealt with. Yesterday went back through the drive thru and saw the rats are still there, so spoke to the staff at the window who said the problem has been dealt with. Would really like to speak to a manager...

I can't get a refund on all the food you keep forgetting and I have to pay for your mistakes ! It's stack and unprofessional and as I regular at this store for over 5 years I've noticed how bad this restaurant is at online orders, the awful customer service you get when at the drive thru and spoken to like a idiot, the rudeness of some of your staff members (mainly the men as the women have never giving me a reason to say "who do you think your talking to......" When I'm not the one being rude first and having a attitude which is appalling!) and everytime I've said something no one has said sorry or even offered me a small fries for the inconvenience of their rude, unreliable staff members !
