Nice staff, though short staffed so a bit slow, scones were ok and the tea is good. But it was sooo cold in there today we won't be going back. Which is exactly what the lady next to us said and the couple opposite too. How is keeping the heating off to save a couple of quid worth losing 5 customers business? And I'm sure lots more people will feel the same. Everyone wore their coats, and some kept their hats on.
