I am actually shaking from the encounter with the manager I spoke to. Who can only be described as threatening!

I had previously ordered from these guys and my ordering had been great, especially for the range of vegan options. Even when they had forgotten items they sent new ones without issue.

On this occasion I had changed my address to my friends for the order. As the order was late I rang to check the order for that address had been dispatched. They confirmed that the order for my friends house had been dispatched. But then it didn't turn up! I got a call from a delivery driver saying he was outside my house, he had gone to my normal address. As my friend is only 5 mins round the corner he agreed to bring it.

When the food arrived it was stone cold. They had also got the order wrong! So I rang up again and a manger phoned me back.

From the start he was aggressive and did not want to listen to what I was saying he tried to explain that the address on their system was correct. I had changed the address on the order and when I rang the person confirmed the order had been dispatched to that address not my home address. For me though the complaint wasn't about the address it was about the incorrect order and the cold food. The manager didn't listen and threatened to come to the house to dicuss this one on one! How threatening can a man be to a woman!? He also clearly wasn't listening as even though he verbally agreed to give me a refund on the phone he has now sent a text saying no refund as the computer has my home address showing!!!!

Only use these guys if you dont need to complain as he has ruined my evening and made me feel intimidated and threatened for daring to say the food was cold! He even said he was banning me for complaining!

This is the order we received from you. We didn't receive any address changed instructions. In this case we will not refund you your order. We attempted to deliver the order. Your wrong address is not our mistake. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate...

Highly disappointed in the customer service of this establishment. Firstly, the delivery driver was rude because he went to the wrong address, then argued about this when he came to the correct one. Before this, a call was made to confirm the address because it had not arrived and I was told it was on its way after I confirmed the delivery address. Then when it did arrive after the above had happened, the vegan pizza was stone cold, no garlic sauce and the chips and were too cold. I then called to make a complaint about this, the girl was very sweet but seemed unable to deal with my complaint and asked the manager to call back. The manager was very rude and implied that I, the customer, had got it wrong! He kept raising his voice and seeking over me trying to intimidate me and also threatened to come to my delivery address to speak about this in person. Highly unprofessional and also.... Covid! I am very offended and really put out about this. Kindness and respect is really not the forté of this manager. Never again will I be ordering here again. A very unhappy...

Whilst this has been a monthly/bi-monthly staple treat for the family and I. This time it will probably be the last, whilst the fries were fine, my son enjoyed them. They forgot a whole pizza, an hour and two phone calls later they finally delivered it.

They said we could get a refund of the pizza without it be delivered or just wait for it to be delivered. There are no qualms the woman who answered the calls, she was fine! But we had to ask what can be done as the rest of the food was cold by the time it finally arrived.

They provided a bottle of fizzy.

The pizza finally arrived and it lacklustre to say the least. My partner said it tasted poor compared to previous orders.

The pizza had to be thrown.

The previous order to this, the food arrived luke warm, I understand Friday nights are a busy time for local takeaway places but I'm not sure how a whole pizza got missed off of the delivery.
