Royal Jorna Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Ipswich

Excellent Indian. I used to use another restaurant in the area, but I decided to give them a go one day and have not looked back since. They have amazingly affordable prices and the food is, honestly, some of the best Indian food I've ever had. Their Aloo Paneer and King Prawn Butterfly are must tries (it goes with out saying the classics like Korma and Masala are good too, but I thought i'd recommend something a bit more off the beaten path!).

In addition to not only providing excellent food, their delivery time is top notch - it's the only place that hasn't struggled to find me and also the only place that has actually gotten the food to me EARLY and not late! Finally, I'd love to add that your delivery guy is always super polite and lovely, keep up the good work I intend to continue my patronage...

I give these people a 10 out of 5. Firstly, as I have been here a few times the staff get to recognise you, very friendly and chatty. A nice touch to be noticed for repeat custom. Secondly is the food. Hands down the best Indian food I have had. Consistently very high quality. Great level of meat in the dishes. Beautiful rich tasty sauce. The Sag Aloo is outstanding, cooked perfectly. Special mention to the Naan bread, it is so good, a perfect meal on it's so with a little of their pickle. I get very excited ordering their food. I’ve have had many Indian takeaways in my time working away from home for the last 30 years so I am quite the connoisseur in curries! So tonight I ordered my go to, chicken Tikka Madras garlic rice and garlic Naan,it was delivered earlier than the estimated time, the Naan bread was like it just came out of the oven, the rice was light and fluffy and the Madras… was absolutely amazing 10/10.Will certainly recommend this place to my work colleagues.Also very reasonably priced. You won’t go wrong...
