There would be five stars all round, reason not? For some reason the staff have to ask at least twice what sauce you want on your bacon roll???? Try listening in the first place please, pretty please, as otherwise I can't fault the place, staff are generally polite, it's always spotless clean, and never had bad food ever, definitely better than the Obadiah Brooke Spoons if you want a snack from a polite clean environment. No beer is sold here though, that said plenty of good quality real ales, etc are available from a generous amount of local...

Convenient location in centre of Cleck, food as you'd expect from a Greggs so no complaints there. A star knocked off based on last two visits as staff have got the order wrong twice (I don't think some staff members can hear order instructions through the COVID screens) and on the last occasion tried to pay with a gift card which got the staff member a bit flustered as she kept getting the card number wrong, so finished up not using the gift card but cash instead to keep the queue behind me from building...

This is not a reflection of the staff. They r helpful and try there best. This review is aimed at management who refuse to put more staff in the shop. 20 mins I once waited in line as only 1 lady was available to serve. And this is no good for a 30 minute break at work. It's not good enough for a fast food bakery. So get it hands in ur pockets and get some more staff. Or i won't be goin back. And I will also advise every1 I know to avoid aswell. The waiting...
