Shockingly poor, went in for evening meal ordered fish chips and mushy peas, was asked to pay for it in advance, after 20 mins the young lad /server came and apologised saying that the ticket had not gone through to the kitchen and it would be a little longer than expected, when it did arrive it looked like a dogs dinner, fish was passable as were the mushy peas just, however the chips if I am not mistaken could very well have been wedges I am not sure, had they not been totally cremated o May have been able to identify said substance, anyway on a brighter note my diet coke tasted fine and I left happier than I entered due to matrix to the toilet where some delightful person had a liking for some form of illegal substance, a real shame to be fair, run with a degree of professionalism has the potential to be a pleasebt...

Absolutely disgusting how they talk and treat customers, had a few good nights there aswell, but one occasion me and my friend went for a drink which they served us then after serving us decided to tell my friend we have to drink and leave for no reason and when asked why we had to leave they could not give a valid reason, I challenged the management and still no answer become very argumentative towards me and my friend, this ended with police being involved which I asked for as they was out of line, ended with police dragging me and my friend out of the pub with still no reason!!! Used to be great this until the alphabet people took over . Staff always talking instead of serving , kitchen open when they feel like it, they close that about an hour after it's opens now..to top it off it's now £5 min card spend.. top free tip commercial get pay pal business and card reader.. zero charges.. so yeah won't be going back.. for all those who used to go in get high in the bogs and have a fight I'm sure that kind of debauchery is still there but any aspects of the good pub it was are totally gone.. this happens when u let the DEI people run a based...
