Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kirklees

Upon arrival at Taco Bell drive thru the service from start to finish was awful to say the least. Ordering over £20 worth of food we waited approximately 15 minutes to be told that all our food was all in the bag as we parked up to eat in the car park we decided to check our food was correct and low and behold it was WRONG! We was lied to so my partner decided to walk in and tell staff members it was wrong and I have to add that staff members don’t seem to know their arses from their heads and may need to go back to primary school. Although the manager couldn’t apologise enough it wasn’t his fault it’s his terrible staff members that are to blame, so anyway as my partner arrived back to the car eating our food thinking it’s correct the order was incorrect AGAIN! My partner at this point was absolutely outrageously fuming and decided to directly speak to the manger himself, he was friendly enough and apologised again. Over all I will NOT be returning to Taco Bell until ALL staff members have had either proper training or completely replaced with staff that know what they are doing as it isn’t really rocket science and I reckon a bunch of monkeys from ponderosa zoo would of done...

The food was nice but the staff needs sorting went in about 230 on Sunday 6th Feb 2022 and there was about 14 staff on 1 lady was cleaning the full restaurant. 3 looked like they were going home. The rest were just playing around in the kitchen. 2 of the "chefs" had their out door coats on (hence the " " ) as the staff were drawing on each other and running around, they got confused and gave my order to a drive through customer. When the drive-through came back, they put my order in the bin. I waited another 5 minutes and then asked where my order was. The girl had no idea until I pointed out that they put it in the bin. I had to wait until they remade my order, and then I left. I have no idea if there was a manager on shift, but if their was, they need to pay more attention rather than playing around...

It was my first time at a Taco Bell, the trip left me feeling underwhelmed and disappointed.

The service was OK, we ordered via the self serve kiosk, so my interaction was limited, but what interaction there was was OK. The staff were polite but no extra mile, no niceties.

I ordered the crunch wrap supreme, with beef. My wrap wasn't sealed resulting in the fillijg spilling out of the middle after I unwrapped it, making it look liked it's been dropped.

Regarding taste, for the first 3 bites all I got was lettuce due to there been so little beef in it. When I got the beef it was nice, just not enough of the key component.

The chips were soggy, like they been left to sweat, they had the texture of a microwave chip, not the best texture, overall the food was less...
