Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Knowsley

I'm not comming to Costa often, maybe twice a year, but I'm not happy about my recent visit. Coffee and food as you would expect from Costa, but staff completely incompetent to work under pressure, remember orders or multitask, which is quite sad for such a nice place. 4 girls stressing around, spilling coffeys on the desk, customers waiting ages for their coffee as 4 girls cannot manage even 2 customers at the same time and can't remember an order for more than 10 seconds. I have been asked 3 times what I ordered even 10 minutes after I paid and that was just a croissant, lemon cake and late, three customers came after me been served before me, nothing for my level of patience. Really friendly staff and classic Costa experience.

Very relaxed environment and friendly staff who can deal with the more challenging customers easily and professionally.

They have an access code now for their toilets that can be found on your receipt. This is so only customers can use the toilets and to stop them from being abused and left in a mess so much.

The council need to build toilets in that area of the town centre to remove the lack-of-toilets problem which puts a strain on...

Not the biggest fan of this costa. They never really have alternative milk available. As a barista from another store, I am not that impressed with the quality they provide. Extreme slow service, never clean tables. They even charged me for OPS to my coffee I didn’t, cream on my hot chocolate and other things I did not ask for which added to about £2.
