My review is based on a walk in experience, to take-away. We are not from Liverpool, so merely came across it as it is not far situated from Liverpool Academy which my son attends. We were specifically looking for a Halal take away so this was perfect. Every single one of the staff first of all met us with such a warm welcome and interacted really well with my 5 yr old. We ordered 2 burger meals and a kids Margherita Pizza. The food was brilliant! Fresh and great quality; mouthwatering food. I will definitely be visiting again. The atmosphere was great, and for a Friday night it was getting busier and busier, so that speaks volume on how popular it is. Highly recommend going in person to order and take away. I ordered from them, by Uber eats and, My order was accepted by them, but I could not track my order and see where the delivery driver is!! The delivery was delayed by about 2 hours after the delivery of the order, and then I called them and they said that the driver came to you and called you and you did not answer, I told them that no one called me and no one came to the reception because I am watching by cctv, and they blame me and they said it was your fault, and the speaker was on the phone Absolutely incomprehensible language and he speaks nervously. I advise this business owner to have good and good dealings with customers, otherwise he will lose his currency because of the way he deals with customers. Note:

Ordered from flames through Deliveroo, no tracking available so had to contact restaurant directly about the order. About half an hour after I’d ordered I get a phone call from a dodgy phone number which I didn’t answer due to scams going around. Gets 20 minutes past my estimated delivery time and I decided to phone to check if it was on the way. I was told that they called me, and because I didn’t answer my order was cancelled.
