KFC Kirkby - St. Modwen — Restaurant in Knowsley

2023 Update: over a year since we've bothered with this KFC but it's no better. Been here about 20 minutes. There was ONE car ahead of us at the drivethrough and we have been asked to park over (behind that other one car) to wait for the 4 hot wings we ordered. Nothing has changed here. No idea what the staff inside are doing but it's apparently not cooking and serving. Unless ofc it all goes to deliveroo. Utterly pathetic. Won't be back.

Have been at position one at the drivethrough for maybe 8 minutes, despite being told 'I'll be with you now' when we got here. Have shouted 'hellloooo?' to zero response. My friend has just walked through the drivethrough lane to enquire as to the shoddy service.

Update: having sat at the order speaker for over 10 minutes, now sitting at the pay window and no-one here either. Have been here maybe 4 minutes and counting. The car behind mine's engine is overheating waiting.

Further update: when someone finally arrived at the window for us to pay, she had no idea if we had yet ordered. I asked to see the manager. She went to get him but came back and said he was busy. She kept apologising - it wasn't her fault, she was having the p taken out of her just like the people in the drivethrough queue were. E, you are a nice polite girl.

We got to the window for our order and the coke was spilling all over the tray. The disinterested salesperson changed the leaking coke but not the wet tray. He also forgot the straws and blankly stuck his hand out with them when I asked for some - very rude.

Aside from the poor girl they left at the window dealing with our complaint, awful, shoddy, badly managed service all round.

A new KFC and definitely...

Absolutely terrible.. ordered through drive through and was told to wait in layby..we waited for 30 minutes and nobody came out and nobody told us we would have to wait... So went into the KFC and complained and everybody was facing away from till and empty inside so had to get a man's attention to be told sorry we had to cook it... And I said but why in earth whilst we ordered it did you not say we would have to wait in a boiling car for 30 mins(yesterday) he didn't really seem bothered by my complaint and I said you have another 4 cars you have told to wait as well which is disgusting customer service and I was not at all happy... I waited another 10 minutes and a lady came out with much better manners then the man inside but they got my order wrong... What a absolute joke... I complained again and asked due to wait for them to add a few freebies which she did and came out another 5 mins later... So in all 45 minutes and in my book this is ridiculous and the manger needs to take a look at there staff and train them better... Absolutely disgusting customer service from KFC... DONT...

Where to begin, go through drive through ask for rice box, sorry can't do that, can I have a tower meal instead sorry no hash browns. Annoying but whatever. Asked to park up, noticed a drink missing went in to get it. Got back in my car. 30 minutes passed still no food. So goes in, only to be told still another 10 mins on hot wings. Whilst waiting for my food for nearly 40 mins I noticed they'd boxed one of my meals up which was just sat in a carrier bag on the side. Not under a light to keep warm or anything. Whilst there another customer had to ask someone to come and clean tables and empty bins. Why couldn't this be done without being asked. There's plenty of staff, but nothing seems to get done. Get home pineapple missing, bbq bites and gravy missing. Couldn't make...
