Went in here today got a cornish pasty for myself and 2 sausage rolls for my husband. Pasty didn't taste right so I took it out the bag and ripped it apart. Wow I wish I had taken a picture. It was full of a hard white substance. Literally the whole of the inside had it in. My husband told me to take it back to the shop I showed the lady she was very calm about it and went "wow what the hell is that?" Asked me "do you want another one?" Absolutely not! She gave me back £2 and said "il have to take pictures put it in a clear plastic bag and send it off. If you want to know what it is pop back in through the week and il update you." She didn't take my name or any contact details. Fast forward 5 hours I'm sitting here with bad stomach cramps my stomach feels like its on fire from the inside waiting for 111 to call me back thinking what the hell was...

Dredful service! Always missing food off orders! Staff dont have a clue what they are doing! Manager needs to train the staff cz they dont even no how to cook toast! Waited 45 mins for my food for a table of two! Everyone who come in after me had already eaten there food and went! Then i got told there was 4 more tickets infrount of mine! Abolute joke. Maybe get some staff who know how to run a cafe would be...
