Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Knowsley

Ordered 2 breakfast's.very disappointed, bean's were cold as if they'd just come out of the can, their was no attempt at grilling the half of tomato which was as you would get it off the counter, hash brown was soggy, and egg was hard with no yolk whatsoever, bacon was burned, they put 2 butter slices in a bag with the toast which melted and dripped evrywere, despite me asking and being told they would butter the toast, young girl behind the counter was friendly enough and nice but the staff in the back who do the cooking do not seem to care at all, this is a stark contrast to the cafe in Tesco Prestatyn who I can not praise enough and go the extra mile, this is not the first time I have had appalling service in Prescot and poorly cooked food, enough is enough hence this review, Tesco cafe Prescot you need to pull your socks up and learn about customer service, I have worked in catering and know how it should be, this is the last time I will...

The service was diabolical we had to go to the counter to pay as we had cash the ginger girl jodie was very rude towards my partner when he asked her a question and slammed the change in his hand upon eating our food which wasn't too bad to be honest I asked another staff member who goes by the name of bonnie a question in regards to sauce, her attitude was awful she just thought that i knew how things worked in the cafe when i told her i didnt know she scrunched her face up as if i was being inconvient she didnt offer to help me but was happy to help an elderly man before us. Absolutely awful place. Today after ordering a member of staff just threw the tray on the table, not the one i was sitting at but next to me. Tea spilled all over tray and table which I had to clean. She then returned to counter and i Heard her say " he's just sitting there", isn't it her job to serve me?. Obviously near end of her shift, she stood texting on her phone while there was several tables needing to be cleaned. When she left other staff had to clean up. Second visit today and second bad review. NOT recommended....
