Pizza Time — Restaurant in Lancaster

The worst experience with a takeaway I’ve ever had. Food arrived on time, however only 3 out of 4 kebabs arrived and all wrong with a pitta on top of the box when requested naan wraps, no sauce on them and one missing. We rang the takeaway and a young lady answered who was incredibly rude, accusing us of getting the order wrong, telling us to throw the food in the bin if we weren’t satisfied, refusing to send out replacement food. Eventually they agreed to send out 3 NAAN BREADS, not fresh kebabs, and 1 new kebab but they were going to charge us for all of it. She then went on to continuously say they are a professional ‘restaurant’ before eventually hanging up on me. We then rang them back and they send out 3 fresh naans and 1 kebab in naan, over an hour after to e first food arrived so everyone’s was cold and did not charge us. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a takeaway or ‘restaurant’ as they somehow call them selves, regardless of the service would never recommend this takeaway and the only reason they got 1 star was so I could leave...

As a regular customer we ordered our usual pizza time feast family meal. We live five miles away from Morcambe but the food is worth the drive. Disappointingly upon unpacking our feast we were missing two kebabs. We rang and pointed out the mistake, they couldnt reimburse us over the phone as we had to physically be in the shop. My wife drove back to the shop to pick up the missing kebabs. The staff member did apologise, sadly upon arriving back home they had forgotten to pack the sauce. The meal was pretty cold by the time my wife sat down. As regular customers there was no mention of any compensation for our time and fuel. Again dissapointed as we have been loyal customers to this shop, shame they don't feel the same way. We wont be returning based on...

Keeping going back to pizza time because it’s my family’s regular however the past three times I’ve been I’ve been very disappointed. Every time I’ve ordered it’s takes between 1-2 hours to get here no matter how small the order and whenever just eat notifies me that the driver has my food it takes over half an hour every time to deliver it despite being five minutes away meaning every order is cold the two snack boxes we have order have been so cold we have has to microwave it and the pizza was lukewarm And the only time I’ve called to complain all they said was that they was busy.
