Staff were rude and patronising at counter, smirking when i had a straightforward issue and being pure rude about resolving it. Drinks are stupidly overpriced. Cafe area is always dirty. Lockers are too small and barely fit a large childs coat in, let alone any personal effects. Not enough information on website or in the entrance, it is assumed that you are a regular, and if you ask for help, you are riduculed and made to look a fool. The woman presenting the safety video couldnt project her voice loudly enough to reach the back seats and rudely argued with the kids for not moving forward so that 'she doesnt have to shout too much' - you need to work on your customer service, make the entrance area more user friendly, sort those extortionate prices out £2.40 for a self service coffee? You should wear a mask. Overall, utterly annoyed at the whole experience. Very unlikely to return, and posting this review on Social Media. This place is a shambles and wont be open in a few years, because people just wont accept this level of service, comfort at £10 an hour. They will just go to the new bowling alley and pay £5- its going to be right next door by 2018- seriously, go there instead, then nip into the arcade, your kids will love the penny falls. And that video? Telling 5 year olds that they might DIE on a trampoline today...really? Im surprised they didnt...
Read moreWILL NEVER!!!!! Be going to this trampoline park again. fire breathing dragon manageress JANET!! who totally discriminated against my disabled daughter and carer we ask if it was free for the carer as she was not jumping only supervising and don,t see why she need to pay to watch a child. The young girl on the desk ask us to wait so we could speak to the manager who burst through the door with so much aggression (JANET the manageress) not even trying to explain your policy only banging on about autistic children lights and music being turned down and what energies policy is(witch we now no is the competition trampoline park in Preston) when we tried to explain to her or daughter is not artistic and has cerebral palsy and not the same level of disability as others. She said that we could come on certain times and certain days(which in itself is discrimination) she said its not and made my carer pay to supervise my child.then when we were on we where made to feel so uncomfortable as we felt we were being picked out specifically by JANET(all other staff where nice) i could go on and on about the this person and the way she treated us but you get the picture. Will be going else where in future energi trampoline Park as recommended by Janet in her rudeness probably worth the drive avoid this place at all costs unless you like to be...
Read moreJump was clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and having already paid and signed the waiver beforehand, getting through reception was simple and easily done. Each child recieved two coloured wrist bands telling them when to come off, and the colour is called when time has ended. They are shown a really good explainable video about safe play; the broken bones are great for those with bad humour (sorry). Yes you have to wear provided socks which you pay for. And then you are off and playing. The centre has three areas. Two side areas and a main floor. One side is for under 4 year old. One side has a small football court. The main area has multiple trampolines making a larger playing ground and a wall trampoline the back which is a good height. Apart from that, there are not any attractions just a straight jumping floor. The cafe is simple however offers a variety hot and cold drinks, limited snacks and sweets but...
