Pizzetta Republic — Restaurant in Lancaster

Really really bad experience with this pizza delivery service. I ordered pizza to be delivered to my address. A guy called to confirm my address and I gave him clear instructions. He got it. It was supposed to be delivered at 18:35 but until 19:00 I didn’t receive any call again. I had to go to the store to check, while my wife was ill and had to look after my children. They were busy which I understand and asked me to wait while they called the delivery man. 10 mins and nothing was updated. I checked again and they asked for my order number and offered a refund. What an easy solution, right? Now my kid is hungry and has to eat some cold sandwiches. I’m hungry and sad because I l have left my kid starving for an hour. And Pizzetta just keeps doing business as usual. Never come back! Update: they called me to ask to come and collect the pizza if I wanted and it’s free because late delivery. I used to enjoy going here but the last time I ordered they completely got it wrong! I had ordered online and requested to collect in the evening, but I got a text saying my order was ready to collect mid afternoon - when I was in a meeting so obviously couldn't just go collect my dinner! When I got it home I found the pizza was the wrong size and the wrong toppings - they'd just completely messed the order up. I quite liked this restaurant before cuz the food was nice for the price. BUT this time when I came, the chicken were not crispy any more and even RAW inside!!! I complained to the staff and he gave me another 8 chicken BUT some were still raw inside!!! I felt VERY DISAPPOINTED about the cooking.
