we ordered at 11pm and the place is 9 minutes from where we live and they couldn’t find us and we called the driver and reasoned with him and said we could meet him any where that was close and possibly easier to find for them, and then said they we put in the wrong address, which we didn’t, and we were stood outside in the rain for 50 minutes waiting for him to come and he never showed up!!!! so now we have to call just eat up in the morning to get a refund cause for some reason they...

Great food but room for improvement in customer service.. we ordered our take away at 7.20pm with a delivery slot of 1 hour. Having rung to double check where the items were (1 hour on) we were told "it's not ready, and you'll have to wait. It will be another 30 minutes." In total, we waited an hour and a half! When calling all we needed was an apology and that would have been fine. Shame that element let...
