Harpos Pizza — Restaurant in Leeds

I ordered 2 pizzas, the "Mischief" and a "garlic sausage," with some extra additional toppings. The taste was really awesome, and the base was also great. However, I didn't like the way they arranged the toppings. The peppers were very cute but very thick and large for my mouth. Maybe this is some kind of Italian style, but it was hard for me to eat them, so I set them aside and didn't eat them. Additionally, the pizza was not cut, so I had to cut it myself. Again, maybe it is their style.

At the end, both boxes were wet from one corner and had been torn because of the wetness. I'm not sure if it was because of the hot pizza and water in the box, or if it was oil, but whatever it was, it came from inside and damaged the box.

I ordered through Deliveroo, and while the driver arrived on time, the Deliveroo tracking system was not...

I think that the Pizza from here could be very nice, but unfortunately I think that their delivery process needs to be reviewed.

When the wrong order turned up, there was no easy way to resolve the issue and sort it out. To be fair we ordered through just eat, but the only answer we had from the delivery driver was to ring Harpos. But when I did get through (after being hung up on and recalling numerous times) I was told that there was nothing that could be done and that I should take it up with Just eat for a refund. I get that this is probably the case but there seemed to be no contrition or desire to help.

Again on a busy Friday night I get that, but overall I have to say a poor experience. Never mind, as I have never used these guys before, I can't see that I would again. Could be nice pizza though,...

Ordered through uber eats and the driver delivered to a totally different address !!! Phoned Harpos and originally they said there was nothing they could do and to raise the issue with uber eats.Did this and their app said pizza had been delivered so basically tough !!
