Bubble CiTea — Restaurant in Leeds

Ok so I went to bubble ci tea yesterday the white rose shopping centre branch for what I originally get the brown sugar, I get to the cash point to find first of all the worse customer service you can possibly get, sucha disgusting attitude, confusion and also sarcasm. Like working in that sector the main thing you need is to make sure your offering customer service giving the customer what they ask for instead i got the complete opposite the staff had no idea what world she was in and had no knowledge at all, what kind of staff do you pick up seemed to me like one of the girls wasn't even interested. You need to clearly teach the staff manners and knowledge about what the customers asking for. And then to add on to that when it came to paying again did not listen to a word I said I wanted 2 bobas and was still charging me for 1. Definitely won't be returning to this...

i had ordered a large dirty milk tea and asked twice for no tapioca as i am allergic and cannot drink it even around the tapioca i get the drink and think its just ice it was only when my friend told me it was tapioca did i go back and ask them to please remake my drink the staff then decided to be rude and hateful towards me telling me there was no need to get rude over it but at the end of the day my life couldve ended within one sip of that drink that i had payed for and i expect the up most respect as it is the bare minimun and then they told me they were closing but then offered to remake the drink but i believe i deserved a refund as they were hostile telling me to not get rude but i wasnt i just told them i couldnt have tapioca and it was very negligent of them to not understand...

very rude staff ! I ordered 2 milk teas one without tea as I have an allergy . As the woman was making it I saw her put tea in both baring in mind the label said NO TEA . As another woman handed me them I told her I think I saw the woman put tea in both and reiterated I have an allergy . She said no there’s no tea . After adamantly asking her to check , the woman said she did put tea in it . And blamed ME for not ‘speaking up’ about seeing her put tea in my drink ! Her tone was very rude ! It’s not my job to make sure you’re doing your job correctly . I easily could have been hospitalised due to their carelessness...
