I am not sure why this franchise is still getting good reviews. I have been hesitant to leave this review as every time I thought I’ll give it another go. However, in the past two months I’ve been there on multiple different occasions/times where pretty much 90% of their recommended/best seller drinks were sold out, bubble/brown sugar bubble out of stock/sold out! They also always got my order wrong! They never gave me an itemised receipt, I would received a payment receipt. And upon receiving the order they would be like “oh the ticket said you wanted this and this” but when ordering such as “with bubble” was not mentioned but I have paid for bubble that I wasn’t even aware; no ice, but they would repeat the order with no ice, however upon receiving the drink, on the ticket it says regular ice and they look at me with this confusion. I understand they’re busy but that is the last thing they could do to confirmed the order if we have to wait that long for a few drinks! That aside, they’re always prioritising app/delivery orders which is to be honest, quite unfair! I don’t think I’ll be visiting this franchise for a long time! Read moreThey want to charge me £1 just for a plastic bag!!! I ordered through the self-order machine in the shop and there was no option for a 10p plastic bag in the system. When I got my bubble tea and asked for a bag, they said the minimum charge is £1 and therefore I would have to pay £1 to get a bag. Very disappointed about the service there. It was not my fault that I had both cash and cards with me, but they still wanna charge me one quid just for a bag.

I had cash with me but your counter staff just didn’t want to take the £5 note from me because they said they don’t have change, which I really doubt about, and instead ask me to use the self-order machine to order the 10p bag, but as you said the minimum payment is £1 otherwise it won’t go through right? Read moreWanting to give feedback as the last few times I’ve been to the Leeds franchise I’ve been disappointed. I love the drinks and always order at least 1-2 times a week but recently regardless whatever time I order online I always have to wait, the longest was 50 min (only 5 people was waiting) Which I can accept but this seem to happen quite regularly now and it’s becoming rather frustrating. Up until 2 months ago i never had to wait long, Also you have been constantly running out of the pearls and most of the milk tea flavour. Tried 3 times in the last week all before 6pm considering your closing time is 8 you have ran out and not looking to replenish whilst previous occasions you have said to wait 20 min for the next batch to be ready. But you no longer seem to do this anymore. Since you are so busy and always running out of items could you not order more of these items in or hire more staff to cope with the demands so people like me can get their bubble tea fix.
